Technical characteristics of steel swivel joints

- Swivels suitable for environments up to 200°
- Available in one-way, two-way or multi-circuit versions - straight or angled (90°) version Rotational guidance by ball races as standard or ball bearings (swivel unions fitted with maintenance-free bearings)
- Sealing by balanced mechanical seal or by seals specific to applications for the steel industry
- Leakage controlled bearings can be used for expanding mandrel type applications. High speed and high pressure can thus be combined for optimal performance and increased longevity for virtually wear-free rotating unions
